Septic Systems

Septic needs to fit the rest of your property, not just pass inspection.

A poorly positioned system creates problems for everything built around it. Driveways get cut, water lines conflict, access gets blocked. I coordinate the excavation and construction so your septic works with the full site layout from day one.

Design and filing is handled by a licensed Authorized Person (ROWP / P.Eng.). I build exactly what's approved, clean trenching, proper base prep, correct grades, and drainage around the system so surface water stays out.

What I handle:

• Tank and dispersal field excavation

• Accurate trenching and base preparation

• Drainage to keep surface water away from the field

• Access for future pumping and servicing

• Coordination with driveways, water lines, and building pads
